We only ship within the United States.

Shipping
Free Shipping for orders $100.00 and Over on all items except Aisle Runners: Due to variable shipping costs on specialty ordered Aisle Runners we are unable to provide free shipping or an estimated shipping cost. Shipping will be added to your order once we ship out the aisle runner.

RMA
A Return Merchandise Authorization number must be requested by phone or email within 7 days of receiving a shipped order.

Return Packaging and Refund Fees 

We must receive rose petals, fall leaves,fall garlands,crystals,silk orchids, toss bouquets,and all products we sell (excluding cloth aisle runners) unused and in their original packaging within 10 days of issuing the RMA number.

A refund of the original purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee, will be issued. Customer PAYS to ship the items back, they MUST be shipped back UPS.  Shipping charges that were applied to your order are nonrefundable...if you received FREE shipping and you are returning you will pay the cost of shipping the items to you. 

Cloth Aisle Runner Return Policy
Cloth aisle runners are nonrefundable as stated on our website and liability form.

Return Shipment Address

All return shipments must be approved first and issed a RMA number, returning any merchandise without our approval or RMA number will not be refunded. We must have notice a return is on the way.

Artistic Floral Design was established in 1984. Our business is dedicated solely to the floral design of weddings and special events. We take pride in our exceptional service and strive to offer our clients beautiful exotic new ideas in arrangements, bouquets, and room decor. Designing in both Fresh and Silk flowers, we also offer many other wedding accessories such as silk petals, fall leaves, aisle runners, and hand painted aisle runners. Our sister site, Artistic Aisles was established in 2002. After attending hundreds of wedding with our brides and witnessing the results of the heel poked paper runners and slippery plastic runners used for weddings in the beginning, it didn't take long for us to vow "never again"! Impressed with their durability and performance, the decision was made to make our cloth runners available for purchase nation wide to all our customers. Recently, our selection has grown to include 45 custom colors, widths of 36", 48", and 60" and even banners custom sewn to your specification. For a truly unique and personal wedding accent, our artist Cher Bernardi can create a hand painted design for your wedding runner or banner.
