Shipping
Free Shipping for orders $100.00 and Over on all items except Aisle Runners: Due to variable shipping costs on specialty ordered Aisle Runners we are unable to provide free shipping or an estimated shipping cost.

RMA
A Return Merchandise Authorization number must be requested by phone or email within 7 days of receiving a shipped order.

Return Packaging 
We must receive rose petals, fall leaves, and fall garlands unused and in their original packaging within 10 days of issuing the RMA number.

Refund and Restocking Fee
A refund of the original purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee, will be issued. Customer pays to ship the items back.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges that were applied to your order are nonrefundable.
