Great way to personalize your ceremony...

...with Artisitc Aisles. Are you looking for something unique to get your wedding day started off? Aisle Runners are a great way to do just that. At Artistic Aisles in Schaumburg, Illinois they don't just give you an aisle runner that you can buy in any store. Artistic Aisles will hand paint a beautiful runner for you to keep as a great family heirloom to pass down from generation to generation.

Valerie Sinclair started selling the typical plastic and paper runners 20 years ago. When Valerie realized that "disposable" runners could make their wedding a nightmare (and they are also so bad for the environment) she decided to go with the cloth runners. We have used cloth aisle runners for our clients for over 15 years. For 15 years these runners went plain/unpainted. Valerie kept getting asked about painting them. Artistic Aisles was then reborn into what they are today.

Cher Bernardi is the artist that designs the hand painted runners. She works closely with the brides and gives each order personal attention. She can do it all from writing a poem or verse that goes the length of the aisle, design a monogram, or even put you and your spouses name in calligraphy on the runner. Just let her know what you want and they will work with you to make sure your runner is perfect for your day.

Her runners are runners in three widths ....36",48" or 60" wide. The ushers can pull a 36" down the aisle (with a metal bar NOT a rope).  The 48" runners have heavy ribbon to pull it down the aisle. Artistic Aisles also offers the fabulous "double wide" runners that are 60" for a great formal look down the aisle.  The wide 60" runners are too heavy and wide for the ushers, they must be prelaid down the aisle before the ceremony and the guests must be seated from side aisles.  The 60" runners are available in 45 colors!!

Artistic Aisles has great prices they start at $100.00 and they go up to $475.00. This will not break your checkbook and will leave people talking for months to come.

When talking with Valerie she had this to say about her company "All brides near and far are the most important client to us...we don't look at it as a "one shot order"...we are on task with all orders from day one.  It is important to trust a company.....We are a company where you can call us  ,24 hours a day and our address is on the site (so many companies do not have a phone number or address).  We always return all calls, get the requested information in the mail and answer emails that have questions.  None of our runners are paper, plastic, rayon, thin muslin or thin broadcloth.  The fabric is very heavy tradional fabric that has been used for aisle runners for years."

As you can see this is a close knit group who want to make sure your day is special and unique and Valerie is truly a great person to work with. If you are interested in more information on cloth runners please visit http://artisticaisles.com/ for more information and pictures.
